Local Community Story 2011

Below is an email received by Brother Anthony Pluchino from the parents of Hunter Langlois, grandson of Brother Terry Zehl. Our Knights of Columbus council in Englishtown helped Hunter to collect toys for the Englishtown PBA Christmas toy. He is a young boy, age 10, with Autism and a big heart.

Dear Anthony,

Thank you again for helping our son Hunter reach his goal of collecting toys for the Englishtown PBA 166. With the help of your council and his other grandfather's (Joseph Langlois Sr.) Knights of Columbus council 6424, Old Bridge, along with the help of many neighbors, friends and relatives from as far away as California, Hunter collected over 100 toys to add to the approximately 300 the local PBA already received. We are very proud of our little boy for what he has accomplished and for having the generous heart that he has, especially when he has such challenges in his life due to Autism. So again thank you making Hunter a very happy 10 year old boy!

Sincerely,

Lisa & Joe Langlois
